Mosul forests

Mosul forests are located on the left side of the city. One of the most beautiful tourist places in the city of Mosul, the forests are a natural outlet for the people of Mosul.

The Mosul forest area is about 1,000 dunums, and contains more than 25,000 trees, of various types, including evergreen and deciduous trees, such as pine, eucalyptus, cypress and elm trees.

.Mosul Forest was established in 1954. The Mosul forests were naturally located on the left bank of the Tigris River.

It includes a city of games, multiple casinos, cafes and restaurants.

It is visited by local residents on a daily basis, as it is one of the most important tourist places in the city of Mosul.
